CritTry just encountered a powerful Necromancer, known as Santiago El Segundo. El Segundo worked under the lich-lord Armando Quienes Masmacho. They encountered undead monsters, so it was a good time for both Mari and Xotig, but for the exact opposite reasons. Mari was able to turn most the undead Segundo summoned, Clive beheaded the Captain of the Guard, and Segundo found Seahorn to be charmingly hysterical. Clive got a solid hit on Segundo while he was roflcoptering, then Mari finished the job.
Xotig wanted to circle back to the library for necromancy tomes, but, no one else was really cool with that. There was a treasure room, though, and everyone was cool with that.
Pockets stuffed with newly-acquired riches, and the urge to spend it growing, CritTry sets their sights on Greyhawk.
